Revitalizing an Apartment Complex: Velda Rose Apartments

Project Highlights

Kleinco worked with the Mental Health Association of Oklahoma (MHAO) and Velda Rose Apartment management, to carefully stagger workflow of exterior renovations so tenants had continual access to all buildings at all times. Tenants remained in their apartments during the exterior structural remodel, as well as during handicap accessibility modifications in various units. Kleinco worked with the management team to keep tenants well informed and safe during all stages of the remodeling.

Rehab of 19 Buildings for Aging in Place: Oklahoma Methodist Manor

Project Highlights

Kleinco managed extensive exterior repairs in nineteen buildings in the Oklahoma Methodist Manor Garden Home and Apartment Community. Communication with the senior residents was of the utmost importance, as was working with the clients staggered funding. Each phase of construction progressed based on the clients funding release schedule. Kleinco also worked closely with the on-site maintenance crew to identify and schedule any additional work the crew could perform in-house.

Mental Health Residence Gets a Makeover: Altamont Building

Project Highlights

The Altamont Building required extensive interior and exterior rehabilitation to create better space utilization and quality of life for the MHAO in-patient clientele. All work was performed while the building was occupied, which included maintaining a commercial kitchen, dining area and public meeting spaces. Kleinco was able to create a floor and ramp system to make the entire lower level handicap accessible.
