After a fire gutted the Ted & Debbie’s Flower Garden, Kleinco was able to help design a space that better conveyed the creative nature of the business and it’s owners, creating an inspiring space for floral design and accessory shopping. Kleinco handled negotiations with insurance adjusters to ensure adequate and fair replacement costs. During the permitting process, the city initially objected to building back a greenhouse, which was clearly vital to the business. Kleinco managed all aspects of the ultimately successful negotiation with INCOG and the greenhouse manufacturer.
